World History in Context is a great tool to find information about historical time periods. For this assignment, you can choose to search several ways. Search "music," and then use the "search within results" option to narrow the results to your specific time period: Middle Ages, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, 20th Century (modern or contemporary would also work here). OR, search for your specific era FIRST, and use "music" as the term to Search Within Results.
