Black History Month 2021: Books for Adults

About This Page: Books for Adults

About This Page: Books for Adults

This page includes recommended books for adults related to racial and social justice.  While some titles may also be appropriate for teens, they have been selected with adult readers in mind. To find a book, search the CVSD Destiny library catalog, the Cumberland County Library System, or purchase at bookshop.org or your favorite bookstore. (Most of these books are not available through CVSD libraries, as our focus is on materials for our students.)  If you have trouble locating any resource, do not hesitate to contact any CVSD librarian.
